Loretta Hui-shan Yang held her first solo exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in 1998 which led to the subsequent acquisition of the two pieces The Pumpkin Box and Releasing Light for the museum's permanent collection. Nine years later, her work is once again on display. Being the only Liuli artist to be featured in China Design Now is proof to Yang's innovation in design and weight in the international art world.
